Stephen Strand, CPA, MBA, Principal of CBB of Maine
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both Maine and Massachusetts with over 30 years experience in the business brokerage profession, Stephen has prepared business value opinions and has managed the sale of hundreds of mid-sized companies throughout New England. Stephen has successfully owned and operated a number of his own businesses.
Stephen holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Suffolk University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Maine at Orono. Stephen has taught at the University of Southern Maine, Salem State College, Bunker Hill Community College, Southern Maine Community College and St. Joseph’s College, and he has been a frequent presenter at numerous small-business programs.
Stephen has authored a number of articles for the Business Brokerage Press and the International Business Brokerage Association.
